Dear Friends,
After a series of issues changing servers, I have now fried the hard drive on my primary computer. In the next few days we'll be up and running with all systems go, hoping our backup drive is fine. By the way, we ordered two desktops from Dell and although they arrived quickly, one had an already non-functioning hard drive right out of the box!
I'm starting to wonder if it's personal!
To aggravate the situation, Dell wants to send a technician with a hard drive not just exchange the computer. I'm thinking this is not right and will also take forever.
Oh well, I COULD be one of 100,000 travelers stranded for days in an airport AGAIN.
