Andrew Der, an environmental consultant, writes for land developers and government agencies requiring technical and scientific guidance in the environmental disciplines. Over the last few years, he has branched into travel writing as an opportunity to explore more creative outlets and utilize his long neglected photography skills.
In addition to science and nature, his primary interests are family destinations, his children, learning about being a Dad, Eastern Europe—his birthplace, and the occasional offbeat experience.
