Cary Tucker, the Brews Traveler
Beer has been around me since the day I came screaming into this world. Over 10 years ago, I discovered imported beers like
Smithwicks, and Boddingtons. Pleased with my evolution I stumbled upon my first Micro, Toronto's Upper Canada Lager and mix-six packaging, that provided six
different beers at a time. The final piece to my good beer conversion was Dragon's Breath Pale Ale at the Kingston Brewing Company in Kingston, Ontario, Canada.
With a background in journalism, I always envied those who got to write about the things they love. Over two years ago, I returned to school to study online publishing (a fancy term for web design). Laid off after the latest dot.com meltdown, I knew it was time for BrewsTraveler.com where we feature guides to over 90 cities and regions as a well-used resource for those beer lovers looking for "what's local" wherever they travel throughout North America. info@brewstraveler.com.
