Bob Rudney is an Associate with the Civil Team at Booz Allen Hamilton,
working on disability-related projects. Dr. Rudney is also the founder of the EXCEL! Networking Group, an
all-volunteer employment self-help group for people with disabilities, in 1993 and became its Chairman in
1995. He has developed EXCEL!'s Career Mobilization Program with its unique set of employer networking,
job-search strategizing, computer training, and peer mentoring components. He has had an interesting career as Pentagon editor, academic in Belgium, "Dr. Strangelove" trainee in defense think tanks, co-author of four books and last-minute conference organizer.
Bob has become an adept in adaptive sports and recreational activities, everything from downhill and water skiing to weight training to sailing. When he retires, he will go back to oil painting and novel writing. He and his family enjoy their travel adventures.
