Roland Leiser
Roland Leiser is a free-lance journalist based in Silver Spring, MD who writes on skiing, outdoor recreation and destinations for trade and consumer publications. He has been taking skiing seriously for the past 10 years.
A former Washington bureau chief of Travel Agent magazine, Roland has written for ASTA Agency Management magazine, Hotel & Motel Management, HSMAI Marketing Review, Business Traveler, Washington Parent and Skimaps.com. He produced and hosted The Active Vacation Show on AM radio in the Washington, D.C. area and has taught travel journalism at Georgetown and George Washington universities. rleiser@juno.com
